the conversations that never happened

I really think my landlord/aunt has lost her mind. Supposedly there was this conversation about not being allowed any animals of which never took place. Instead there was a conversation where she approved several pets but now no longer remembers. There was also supposedly this conversation about not putting the rent check in their mailbox. Never happened. Some conversation about mowing some area they can't get with the riding mower... Never happened. Then something about use of the garage. Also never happened.
Tonight we got kicked out of the house (like no one saw that coming) over parakeets (had permission) in a cage that was built over a year ago for sugar gliders (also had permission) because... ok I'm not sure why since it involves a conversation that never happened.
Along with some paranoia over the wood floors. Apparently our cage of pvc and vinyl coated wire which I could lift completely on my own if it wasn't too long to balance well is going to ruin the wood floors. 90% of furniture is heavier and that sits directly on the floor usually on 4 little corners instead of 3" width and full length of surface area on a canvas tarp.
I'm glad I'm moving. I think dealing with the HOA and neighbors of a condo will be easier and more predictable. Unfortunately they can't get the carpet replaced until May and we will both die of cat allergies if we move in before that. Along with having to shuffle around a 3x6 rabbit cage, several bird cages, and furniture if we move in before having the floors done.
I decided a few months back during a completely sane and calm moment that I hate all of my mom's side of the family except my grandpa.
