Finally, a thread for triggers.... I guess....

I was talking with a lady yesterday, & the conversation--which was pretty harmless in my opinion--just brought back a lot of different emotions.

There were more realizations, a few of which I don't believe I was ready for at all. I had a possible explanation for all those random, sort of otherworldly things that used to happen to me. It's one that is sort of obvious but that I was very selectively blind to, until I spoke with her. Let's just say the realization of that possibility blew me clear out the water. That one rocked the boat.

I do, & I don't really have words for it.

I have alot and they suck. It's best to try to avoid them, but sometimes you can't help it. Sorry that had to happen to you.
There can be little things that trigger me: News, certain people, places, words, etc. I can avoid most of these things, but people here always, always have to watch the news. I just have to go out of the room or put my headphones on.l

I have a little bit of nerves because I will be going to the doctor Monday..... I'm not worried about what will be said.... I'm just a little frightened to go, but I'm going despite how I feel.
