It's springtime now. Time when flowers grow, trees bud, and grass turns green. Daylight is longer and it's warmer outside. That's nice, but for me I feel like my depression increases at this time of year.
I tend to like Nov. - March, but not springtime. One good reason I feel that way is because, over the years, bad things have happened to me in the spring. Things went wrong and tragedies happened, so I guess with the way spring is, it brings it all back.
Also, in the spring, I tend to anticipate that bad things are going to happen. So, this is not my favorite time of year. Anyone else experiences this?

Re: Springtime Depression
I'm sorry to hear so. That sucks ass. I never cared for spring or any season really, and I wish I could better relate to you. Then maybe I could say the right things.
Re: Springtime Depression
Spring’s meant to be all fresh and happy, but if tough stuff happened then before, it can bring back bad memories. You’re definitely not alone-I get the blues around this time too. Maybe try little things that feel good, like a short walk in the sun or jotting down one positive thing each morning.
