- 1000 mg of vitamin D (3) daily
- an hour walk each evening with my wife
- a shorter walk during the day, if I can manage it
- granting myself emotional and psychological mercy for past mistakes, errors in judgement, and F-ups.
- taking needed psych meds in correct amounts daily
- monthly med checks with a psychologist
- monthly therapy with a counselor
- weekly group therapy
- keeping up with my hormonal blood chemistry and use appropriate prescription med.
- meditate when I can
- have "me" time, but don't over-do it as to become isolated
