 I just had to get that off my chest....

Gosh, ever since that psychologist/psychiatrist visit, I have not come down from being in hyped-on-the-roof mode....

Let me find out that they are bad for my health....

I had a headache the other day & I took some women's low dose aspirin.

What I was most surprised about was:

(1) Such a low dose of pain killers was effective, & I don't need to be taking those other over-the-counter products that have a high dosage.

NOTE: NO, I have not started an aspirin regimen without instructions from my doctor. Simply I find it to be helpful, even at such a low dose, so if I have a headache, I will take that instead of ibuprofen, for example, as it may be more beneficial to the situation I may be facing.

I don't anticipate having to take aspirin I lot.... You know me.... I don't care for pills.

Don't worry; I know I cannot exactly diagnose myself (but I do come hella close)....

So... I said I was stressing....

Well.... I had not been feeling that great for the last few days..... My parent's computer needed work & so, that's what I was doing....

Goodness gracious.... That was work.... Slipstreaming Service Pack 3 for Windows XP & I had to redo (test) it several times to check that there weren't any problems or settings that I didn't want on the CD....

Then, I took a break.... My parents had to use the computer.... so I try slipstreaming Microsoft Office 2003... I went out for a few hours yesterday, fell asleep last night & woke up in the middle of the night to get it done (like maybe 2 or 3 am)...

I had never used the program & I had been looking at it for at least a week trying to figure it out 'n' everything.... (I'm an enthusiast, not an expert....)

My dad really needed to do a letter & of course, I have to be involved with it, in terms of editing, checking the letter format, printing the envelope, etc. He's in a rush to get it done.... It was just a little stressful....

I can totally sympethize. Everytime something goes wrong with my mom's computer she calls me....WTH??? I do not have a degree?? But nevertheless, I try and that my sister is some stress because the older generation does not understand the simple basics of technology. Not saying your parents are in the stoneage as my mom is.. everytime i told her , "it doesn't work like that mom" her reply was "WHY?" lol....I finally just said "because the computer said so" lol...it worked.

Anxiety may produce with out a cause, or it may produce based on a real situation but may be out of amount to what would generally be wanted. There are different methods to treat anxiety and depression, and not all of them will be suitable for you, you need to monitor yourself closely and learn your own condition more, then decide if the recommended treatment works for you or not. One of the key disappointments of many treatment methods used independently, they might be effective for some people, but wont be able to help most people without a proper treatment plan.

Thank you for your feedback & welcome!

I am very much & painfully aware of what my condition is. Treatment is going to meet a progressive specialist/doctor. I haven't encountered one of those yet, but when I do, I'll be glad.
