im not all sure what to say. i hate most things about myself, failing must things in life currently and honestly don't see how it could be better. the person i had cheated on me and I feel like what's the point in living anymore. im not very stable on my own especially when I have nothing going for me

I greatly recommend recognizing the hate for things related to you as being fed by depression/emotional pain and not reliable to be thought of as reasonably accurate. Depression is amazing at taking neutral or even positive things and spinning them to be undesirable or flawed. Although we may not be able to overcome the negativity well enough, I greatly recommend keeping the possibility that our analyses are influenced by pains and not only assessments.
