Don't want to feel this way

I'm either down and out, mildly happy yet scared things will go bad, or outright angry.
The last week I have either faught suicidal ideation or been angry. Today I happen to be furious with no reasoning at all. I tried going for a jog. I tried sit ups, push ups, going shopping, eating, video games, music, resting. Nothing has helped so far and I'm tired of being a negative guy.
I want to be as positive for myself as I am for others, but I clearly dont know where to start
