Work - sleep

I don't want to be at work. I just want to lay down and sleep for a few days. I don't want to be around anyone.

Sorry to hear that. I know exactly how you feel. Depression is horrible. Have you got anyone you can talk to at work how you feel? Is your manager helpful?

I would suggest to try and talk to someone. Please don't give up. You done really well opening up on here.
