Just so down today that i cant seem to make any sense. Im so scared about the test results next week. What if it is cancer what will i do.

I cant keep going on i just cant take it everything is going wrong. Im so scared. I need to sit in a cupboard and not move.

My emotions are totally screwed. What can i do. Please help me

Alone you are not alone... we are here for you always... don`t be a stranger.. exchange emails etc with other users that you know and trust. Keep in touch always.
Its not easy to take a deep breath and a step back and relax.Its not easy to ignore "what if..."
But thats what we have to do... Use your doctor,friends...
Be aware that you are not alone... be aware that lots of people have had and are having the same feelings.
Time to become a hunter and hunt for support... knowing that its there.
My few words might not free you of your helplessness..(I wish they could) but they should at least give you the feeling that somebody is there and listens and understands and loves you.
When you close your eyes... and take that deep breath... please let that thought run through your mind.

Share you worries with ya Doc - Friends etc.
Find a support group.
Get in touch with members that you know and trust here - PM ,Email,IRC chat

Alone you are in my thoughts and heart... so good that you shared your worries...

Don't let the 'what if's" rule your world. Always here for you Alone, you have people that do care.
