ever since i became depressed i have this insainly anoying sensitivity to noise. the tv could only be at 15 but i would be asking it to go down, on new years eve there were only 6 frends and family round and i was hiding in my beadroom baling my eyes out because they were making to much noise but all they were doing was laughing. has any one else developed a sensitivity to noise and if so how do you coape. this would be very helpfull thanks.

Hi Spice and welcome to the forums.

I don't have that problem, just the opposite, sorry to say. Have you spoken to your family physician about this issue? That would be the first place I would try.

Hope to see you posting, venting if you want. Lots of caring people here. There is also a chat room connected with this site, should you want to go in and chat. Ask in there, for there be someone that relates and might have suggestions for you.
