dont no what to say iam a mother of 4 children with a great hubby but i am just so down and i can not shake it it all to much for me all to hard i want all the pain to go away dont no what to doing any more just want to be were i dont hurt our have pain any more.

Sometimes just putting it down in words, does help. Well it does for me.

I am thankful you have the family you have, people to love and care for. That's a plus, may not see it that way, but what I feel.
