hi everyone ,,,,, xmas has been great ,we had a nice day with the girls around all day and Fran was really Happy ,Fran has been quite well over the holidays . Shes been feeling very tired buts thats to be expected ,
Lets face it xmas is a great strain but just the new year to get into now ,and i think most of us will be glad to get back to normal ,

I just thought i let everyone know me and Fran are ok ,since finishing work ,ive been very depressed and am not doing well at all ,Fran has been upset as she can see me falling apart ,sorry there no good news
