Afraid to say...

Sometimes Im afraid to talk about how I feel because I know that there are people who are worse off then me. Here I am whining because I feel down for no reason. Maybe I dont have a right to speak because there are things I should be happy about. Maybe I should be knocked on my other side and given a kick in the head.....wake up and snap out of it!!!

Coach, don't ever understimate your feelings. Sometimes its the small things in our lives that overwhelm us. Don't discount what your feeling. If it feels bad, it feels bad. Take care...talk soon!

I think everyone has a right to express what they feel.
