Thinking of you and wondering how you are doing. I had a bit of an upset at my psychiastrist's office yesterday so am not feeling too well today. We miss you here and hope that you will feel up to coming back soon. Your friends await your return.

thankyou everyone for your kind words and concerns ,im ok as you know i was very mixed up ,i was unshaven and just laying around the house ,everyone here was rallying around and trying to get me up and about ,i just couldent be bothered ,,the doctor put me back on codeine as i was in terrible pain with my neck ,,the codeiene has been back in my system now for four days and i feel a lot better and i can see a little more clearly now ,it was so nice to see all of your kind words ,,and to know i mean so much to you here is ,well just so nice ,i do my best to say nice things ,,im glad it helps ,,,i said others thing in my other reply ,,so ill close here now ,,ill post some more tommorrow ,,i wont get better till i forgive myself ,but first my parents must forgive me before i can move forward ,,,
