Feeling Worse After a Good Week?
Has anyone experienced a week where your mood, sleep, and motivation seemed to improve, but then the following week you suddenly felt more depressed than before without any obvious trigger?Ragdoll Hit I'm wondering how others handle the frustration of making progress only to feel like they're back at the starting point. Do you have any strategies that help you stay hopeful during these unexpected setbacks?

Re: Feeling Worse After a Good Week?
I have depression and anxiety and I'm always thinking about the worst outcomes all of the time. Even when things are going well. There were times when I have a few good days in a row and it's a nice feeling. But then, when the niceness ends, then I'd feel let down. And it would be a long time when good times will happen again.
I don't have any solutions to try to feel better after a great week and then back to the grind, so to say. The only way I cope is to try to keep busy and reminisce about the nice few days I had.
