Hope

This forum is often filled with tales and feelings of dark times. I have had my fair share and there is some level of comfort knowing im not alone. Today has been one of those rare, good days. Nothing was particularly different. The sun was shining, my family were in good spirit, and my mind decided it was going to let me enjoy them. If you are reading this, i hope you wake tomorrow to a similar experience. We should never feel ashamed or frustrated about are dark days, but heres to hoping they f*** off!
