Has anyone ever felt like people don't care until your problems affect them? Like, unless you are depressed enough, suicidal enough, or bad enough to reach their standard, they don't check in or offer support.....
and that hurts.
Relateable thought...

Since no one has replied I will,
In my "Lets get my life together post separation/divorce" phase one of the things I attempted to do was be brutally honest with my friends and family members as to how I was doing. With out exception their response was "Oh, Well I hope you feel better" The sun sets, The sun rises the next day and the conversation might have well never happened it can feel very invalidating.
Fortunately there is this forum! for myself I feel a little less isolated after coming here sometimes and sometimes that enough to get me through the day.
