Nothing exciting, but busy. House clean, yard work done, going to finish shopping and then enjoy the remainder of the weekend.

I woke up early for the first time in a while. I got right to my helpful books, programs, etc. to help depression. Then, I went outside, and road my bike for 30min. It was 90F so I couldn't ride that long. Then, took a nap, and now I'm on here.

You guys seem to be doing better than I am this morning.

Just rolled out of be (11am). Think that part of it was that I just didn't want to get up. Also it is darn cold here this am.

We ended up that we got one day that was over 30C this summer. Now at night we are int he single digits.

Find it much easier to get out of bed because I am warm, rather than getting out of a warm bed into the cold.

I woke up again early. I got around 6hrs. of sleep so that's good enough for me. I relaxed. Then, I got on here, and now I'm going to ride my bike.

Bike riding sounds good.

I cleared up a part of the kitchen counter, did a bit of dishes, then came on here....

I'll try to get more done tomorrow or so.....

It is still in the am here.

Did get up, dressed and read part of a book, before going on-line.
Getting that going on-line in the more is becoming a more regular thing with me now.

Computer, ate, and that's it so far. I want to get outside before sundown. Maybe take a ride in the car and jog too. Also maybe, read my instructional books.

Aside from the anxiety, I've been managing to do as much as humanly possible. Today is my day off, but on days when I don't work (normally, when I feel the most anxious), I clean. . . . a lot. I clean the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room. Every nook and cranny gets cleaned because it's just a pure distraction. I actually enjoy cleaning.

The only unfortunate part is that I just got done cleaning. . . so I'm left to figure things out. I can sarcastically say that RIGHT NOW I'm typing this (which I am), but I think I'll start honing my painting in the next few minutes. Painting is really relaxing and it's a great anxiety reducer. :)

Went to 4 places, each for different reasons, today and had no success. Then, rode my bicycle a few hours ago. No interest in that, and I gassed out an hour after I started. Just one bad day. I won't let it get to me. Tomorrow will be better.
