small update

hey ... just thought a lil update might be ok

just when I thought things were looking up it seemed that stuff started crashing again ... I'd say no biggie but apparently its a lot of stuff that I have to NOW deal with concerning the past and hence anger issues ...

I'm no longer working full time at the advertising agency as of Friday gone ...yesterday I started back only half days at their lil spinoff company since my focus is not all there ... had two good work days though so I can't complain :)

Kids are fine and well due to a lot of stuff dad had to speak to them and they're helping me out now with my depression as best as they can ... right now I just need a lot of rest and I mean A LOT ... I feel fatigued most of the time

Mom's apparently been the hidden cause of all this pentup anger and on the verge of completely losing it (this is putting it nicely) I finally just blurted out EVERYTHING to my dad, sisters, aunts, uncle about it ... my pdoc will hear more about it on thursday ... she's seeing me on a weekly basis now which is a pain in the rear but guess its for the best.

She wanted me hospitalised but dad said no cause he said it might get me more depressed to be away from the kids and pets and also they might dope me up more on meds.

so thats it ... nothing spectacular ... just a chapter in the life of me.

Hope you all have been fine.

Hi Lisa,

Wow, it sounds like you're really dealing with a lot at the moment. Sometimes the past really seems to have a life of its own.

Please be kind to yourself, and remember to take time out for you. Thinking of you and sending healing thoughts your way. :)

Take care,
Steve
