Good thinking with those relaxation exercises. It shows great maturity.

Thanks. That brought a smile to my face, those last three posts. :)
I only had 2 hours of sleep this morning. From 3am to 5am. I'm really sleepy but i'm going to try my best to stay up till bed time. I've got to get my bed times on schedule again. I'm still having the sad feeling during the day. I'm feeling kind of jittery also and anxious. I take my Ativan in a few minutes. It should help out some.

Calm, sleepy, and a little anxious. Time to get active I guess.

I'm feeling a little agitated and tense today. I'm not too depressed or anxious. There are too many people in the house I just want some peace and quiet for awhile.

For some reason, today is nice, weather wise and mind wise.

Today is not so great of a day. I had a slight meltdown. I am not too worried. I have one at least once per year.

I set aside time and schedule mine. Just really ticks me off when they don't follow he rules. Here i go to all the trouble to set aside time to be alone for my breakdown and it chooses it's own time. Meh, what can ya do?

Tired and bored. This depression has me feeling like nothing is worth doing. Nothing is interesting right now.

I met up with a new friend for a bit of time in the park this afternoon so am feeling a bit more positive. Also have one very affectionate cat on my lap which is always nice and am watching an episode of Friends in the background - Rachel has just had her baby so am feeling a bit soppy and tearful in a good way!
