More water works..... last night.... tears were just rolling out of my eyes for no reason....

I have had more waterworks lately.... Just trying to take it all in stride.... It is what is.....

Water works ARE ok.

You said, "Just trying to take it all in stride", like my saying "go with the flow." I picture myself in a white water raft flowing rapidly through rough white water and getting drenched, knowing it is only temporary and there will be a calm mirror soon and I will dry off.

Yes, it is ok to cry. My thoughts.

Crying is a release mechanism. It keeps us from exploding at those around us I think.

I have been able to release some of what burdens my shoulders with a cry every now & then.

It's getting a little bit better where I can cry more than 2 tears total....


Here's to that, I guess??
