Help With Resources for Going to School (University/Trade)

Hi everyone! I would like to know:

Does anyone know of any free career counseling resources or tips for going to school at your own pace?

For example, I found elearners.com, but I'm not sure what to trust.

I'm having a hard time returning for a Master's degree or Trade certificate/diploma. A lot of times, I'm not eligible for financial aid because I'll only be able to take 1 Graduate course [3 credits] at a time, until I find a way to cope.

My moods are not as bad as they used to be, but they still get in the way. Also, my interests change almost in a flash. I will like something today, but tomorrow or anywhere from 3 to 6 months to a year, I will not care for whatever it was. Etc.

Would I be considered disabled & be able to get help from that office? [Is that the proper wording???]

Thanks for any help that can be offered!

Hi Crystal

Call a community college near you. Or even a university. I've seen programs that you can take from a distance, at your own pace. Just get a councelor on the phone and they have a ton of stuff to tell you. But make sure it's an accredited college. You don't want to get tangled up in some "college" that says they can have you getting a Ph.D in 4 weeks.
