bad day paranoia

i been feeling paranoid most of the day today, dont know why or what set if off just been feeling really paraniod. its like someone is constantly watching you, your every move, listening to what you are saying and monotering what you are doing. its really difficult.
paranoia eventually controls your life. it does to mine, there certain things that i cannot say, think or do because i am sure other people are listening to or recording it. its very diffficult to live with paranoia.

Please keep reminding yourself that it is paranoia and not reality the best that you can, ok? I know it's hard - trust me, I know. I have my irrational fears often - but do your best... I hope you're having a better day today.
