Has anyone had advanced integrative therapy?

I'm currently doing going through it for some historical trauma- had therapy around 6 sessions now but have only just started the AIT and had 1 session of it so far, but it seems pretty 'out there'.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced it and what their experience was like.
