The BEST advice I ever got for Existential Anxiety was from my mother. These are healing words and if you really listen to them, existential anxiety doesn't stand a chance.
Do what you can and don't worry about the rest.
What is the best advice you ever got for something that was a game changer for you?

Thank you!

I saw this one on a sweatshirt at the fireworks, and from now on, this is my motto when life seems to start to overwhelm me.
She may be little, but she is fierce
Absolutely true!

If at first you don't succeed, try try again.
Just keep going really. Eventually you will get there if you want it badly enough

positivity is the key

I have my own motto, but it rarely works. "Radical Acceptance!"

I don't say the word 'radical' much because it has been associated in my life with negative things. But I hear what you mean.
I have a professor in my life who once told me that it is easier to criticize than it is to create. One of the best things he ever said to me. Because of him, I'm progressing on a project which I hope will bring good things, especially in places with dense populations and air quality trouble. I also hope it's beautiful and inspiring to look at.
What do you get with Context Sensitive Solutions in Planning + love for research + love of learning + love of nature + love of people + love of urban design and art + love of art + love of architecture with computers? Awe and wonder without the shock. I'm very close to realizing the first step to a very good career in vertical landscapes. Among other things. It's time to clear the air, you know what I mean?
