i thought i'd post this after i commented on nights being bad for a lot of people in another thread
i think i'll stick by that statement and say nights are the worst for me, closely followed by mid afternoon (from about 1 to 3 pm)
what about all of you
is their a time where your psymptoms feel worse?

Winter in general - SAAD - MORNINGS bleagh!
Cold winter mornings in my state means subzero and ice and more work than it's worth to get into a car to drive to the park and ride and get on the bus with everyone else.
PLUS they pushed my hours back... first from 9am to 8am. Then to 7:30am. BUT lucky for me my hubby is someone who knows how to bull through the mornings. I kind of tag along in his wake.
Unfortunately it affects my back and hip a lot so the pain doesn't help either. Nightime I'd just as soon be asleep and because my meds keep me up all day, by the time night gets here, I'm ready to crawl into bed and collapse.
ALSO -- hubby and I have this top secret weapon for sleeping. I call him the "BLAH BLAH guy" Jason Newland is a sleep hypnotheripist... fancy degree for someone who is paid to talk you to sleep. BUT he put out a lot of FREE videos on You Tube and my favorite is "A Good Night's Sleep Is Your Birthright" He's a little funny without meaning to and he even laughs at himself some where in there.
My sister used to watch I LOVE LUCY reruns and my son went to sleep to the BONES series for a while. Whatever feels safe and uplifting to someone works I think.
BUT for ME that moment when I have to crawl out of my nice warm bed and deal with the day is the WORST for me.
