You know when you're always thirsty and after awhile no matter how much liquid you swallow, you're mouth is still dry?
Then you find yourself eating to get rid of dry mouth syndrome, but that just makes the weight problem you had promised yourself you'd deal with worse.
Here's a tip, try sugar free popcycles, frozen fruit slices, sugar free jello, tomatoes, 30 calorie iced coffees you make yourself so you know they are 30 calories. Try gum when you can't drink something or if you can't chew gum, try a few pebbles in your mouth to help with salivation.
