Social phobia

I have experienced social isolation for quite some time. Probably the reason for my depressions. Has anyone ever made a similar experience? And any experience with a therapy?

I dont have experience with social phobia but I do have experience with panic attacks and therapy has helped that. I wish you the best of luck charlie.
