Depression Understood Forums

I don't understand how and 18 year old is able to live and try and be "normal" when they have to take care of there parents and grandparents... From what i knew the kids where the ones who where supposed to go and have fun not site around worried about who is on what drug or is in the hospital for what ever reason... i'm so tired of not being able to sleep or eat properly even be around people...

is there anyone who has any advice for me on this? i hope so cause i don't know how to deal with all of this anymore....

Hello Victoria. Sorry your feeling like this. Are your parents and grandparents very ill?

My grandparents are... They have bin in and out of the hospital my hole life. And my mom has had medical problems as well. The past 4 years or so things have gotten allot worse.... And are still having troble... My mothre was diagnosed with MS and my father dose drugs... I feel like a mothere taking care of her children who are sick...
