Don't know if I can carry on

I have just joined but not sure if its worth it I just don't want to carry on feeling like this just as I think I'm having a good day the black cloud comes and get me I can't see the point in this existence I sleep mostly on sofa as my husband and I have separated I live in constant pain all around me people I know and my family are living there lives oblivious to me and my plight I can't work because of fibromyalgia and chronic pain I have no friends life sucks what's the point?????
