hi loneranger17... Lets first throw out the "I am crazy and a burden" bit first.
So what have we... a shy introverted personality that has problems to communicate with strangers.
To me that sounds like you are afraid of something.
Have you asked yourself "what am I afraid of?"
Then again maybe your not afraid ,maybe you just can`t be open and relaxed with people you don`t know. But why?
It`s impossible for me to say whats happening because I don`t know whats in your thoughts when you are around people you don`t know.
Have you thought about visiting your Doc and having a talk about your problems... I think that would be a good start.
So we have 2 roads that we can go down...
1 Go to your Doc and have a chat about your worries.
2 Share more about how you feel when you are in a public situation..here on the forums.
My suggestion is to do both.
Hope this helps... main thing is keep in touch
