Signs of Something
It feels like something is a little off with me right now. Perhaps, I just need to give myself some TLC.... (((((((((( hugs myself )))))))))))))

Today, I'm feeling more miserable than usual.... somewhat overwhelmed also....
I will take my meds in a bit & some natural lithium....
The other day, I wasn't very coherent after waking up from a nap. (That's why I try not to sleep in the day.)
I've been noticing my pulse jumping.... It's sort of odd. In my readings, it's sometimes been in the 60s.... other times in the 80s & even in the 90s..... My actual blood pressure readings wasn't too bad, though....
If my symptoms are bipolar ones, they sure have changed from the ones I had in the beginning. (Before my ups & downs were in a matter of minutes or hours. Now it looks like they're coming in periods.... When I was hyper, I was through the roof. Now I'm not hyper, but I'm not down in the dumps--yet it seems like it's a low of some sort.... The feeling is still intense, like when I'm hyper. It's really intense.)
I still don't buy that bipolar diagnosis yet. One reason I'm probably off right now is that I know I'm not taking care of myself how I should. usually when I do that, I'm okay. The thing is.... I actually forgot what I should be doing. I was supposed to write it down & didn't.....
Tired is what I am.... I'm just tired/exhausted/fatigue, whichever adjective fits the feeling best.
Edit: Wow... My head is killing me.... >_<
