You guys seem to be doing better than I am this morning.
Just rolled out of be (11am). Think that part of it was that I just didn't want to get up. Also it is darn cold here this am.
We ended up that we got one day that was over 30C this summer. Now at night we are int he single digits.
Find it much easier to get out of bed because I am warm, rather than getting out of a warm bed into the cold.

Aside from the anxiety, I've been managing to do as much as humanly possible. Today is my day off, but on days when I don't work (normally, when I feel the most anxious), I clean. . . . a lot. I clean the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room. Every nook and cranny gets cleaned because it's just a pure distraction. I actually enjoy cleaning.
The only unfortunate part is that I just got done cleaning. . . so I'm left to figure things out. I can sarcastically say that RIGHT NOW I'm typing this (which I am), but I think I'll start honing my painting in the next few minutes. Painting is really relaxing and it's a great anxiety reducer.
