It is at the darkest times, that we need each other most. Life seems to pass us by, as we are in the deepest pit of dispair.
"It's is darkest before the dawn". I repeat that to myself sometimes. Gives me a glimmer of hope. You have to experience the dark, to appreciate the light.
Stay well my friends

I don't know about you all, but my depression seems to worsen once we turn the clocks back for "fall back" savings time.
I literally count the days until December 21, because I know that day is the winter solstice, thus the shortest day (daylight-wise) of the year. So I keep telling myself that after that day passes by, the days will, little by little, get longer.
I'm a spring & summer gal. I bloom during these times...and I wish that we humans were allowed to hibernate in the dreary months of winter.
Can you imagine how bad I would be if I lived up north? LOL I live in Myrtle Beach, SC -- I shouldn't complain...but well...you know...
Anyway, I hope y'all start feeling lifted up soon.
