that's a good idea crystal, i love the smell of lavender and have been using the essential oil in my oil burner and applied on my wrists (you're not meant to use it neat but my skin seems to be able to take it and i am at crisis point!) I do love candles too though and haven't burned any for a while, there's something about the sight of a flame that's very hypnotic...maybe something to try tonight,thanks
p.s i also tried talking to myself in the mirror this morning like you said,made me feel a bit more grounded,i have been really dissociated today and having really unbearable thoughts
