Just venting. Need this out of my system

I'm over everything. Sick of pain from failed wrist surgery. Sick of my job that is the direct source of my wrists failing. Sick of dental pain daily waiting to see whether insurance will pay. Sick of busting ass 10 hrs a day then having to wait till late to pick up daughter from work. Sick of failing constantly. Sick of not being able to express myself or get my point across. The thoughts are coming back.......... They scare me....
