need some help

hi everyone i really need some help i think i have depression i am experiencing 99% of common symptoms for it and i have been for the past 2-3 months its put a big strain on my realtionship. I know that i can not be certain untill i see a professional but im too scared to go how do i start the conversation and furthermore what if i get misdiagnosed as not having it the way i feel is not normal i sit here and cry or feel like crying most morning i have no motivation to do anything and feeling very tired. I tried to talk to my partner but everytime i do i get so aggitated and i hate it just feel that everyone would be so better off if i wasnt here.

please help me

Hi Kitty, you have taken the 1st step in saying ..you think you might need help.im so proud of you :-) I wish I could give you some 100% gtd answers but step 1 is your doctor, step 2 medication, step 3 a councellor and most importantly step 4 remember if you ( and by that i mean WE ) dont understand what we are going through how can your partner . Im dealing with it everyday on my own without a man who loves me :-( I hope that helps / Bel xxx

(((((kitty))))) I have to agree with Belanne 100% on this one. The only way to begin feeling better is to seek professional help - and your regular doctor is the best way to start. Although it is impossible for your partner to understand exactly how you are feeling, I'm sure he or she will understand when you say help me please... take me to the doctor, I cannot face it alone. Just try... you won't regret it.
