OCD medication and depression medication

I have had a depression for the last year. I take Luvox and the depression part of it is not working any more. I started "jerking" more with the Luvox after 20 years. My doctor lowered my dose. She said that if she adds a antidepressant, I would shake more. However, I remember being on Wellbutrin when I first went on Luvox. Does anyone else have this problem? It is hard to believe that my psychopharmacologist cannot help me at all. I would commit suicide, but I have a daughter and a dog that I would leave behind, so I can't.
