Please help my sister

Hi Guys,
My sister has been acting really strange lately. Extremely tired, sleeping A LOT, losing interest in school. I think she crys a lot more than she shows. I just feel like she's drowning and I don't know how to help her!!!!!! My parents are starting to notice too but we don't know what's wrong. Does she have depression?

Try(you or your parents) to talk with her and find out why she's acting strange, if she has a problem or something like that. Then you could tell if she feels depressed.
