I need to know what I should do...
Hey, my names arron and im a 16/17 year old male, dont really know where to begin but will give it a go. I have been worrying about something all the time for about two or three years now and its still on going, also, i am always nervous and have a really really bad habit which i can hardly even explain, its sort of like, my mind is playing a game with me that i cant get out of, for example, i always(well most of the time) have to breath in when im looking at someone thats good or something thats good. I always have to breathe out when i hear something bad or see something bad. And sometimes if i dont do it its as if my mind is telling me not to lie or something like that? Like im talking to myself in my head but i dont want to! Honestly i cant stress how much im struggling with this, i am always tired, always worried, always nervous, shy, no confidence and i think that a lot of it is because i have been focussing on this habit but just hadnt realised it enough to know. i had a really hard life, my dad was always really mean to my mum and was put in jail at one point then it went on till i was 14 (when she divorced him) then i was really down as all the thoughts were coming back to me, then people started seeing that and istarted to get bullied for about a year again (i was also bullied from age 10 to around 13 just because i was shy)

Is there someone you could talk to about seeing a doctor. A school councilor or someone to see if you are suffering from depression. I would start with your mom if you could. Please feel free to come to the chat room as we have many members there that have/had felt the same way.
