i've been depressed since i was a young teenager, mostly due to abuse both mental and physical, i've moved well past that but i think the effects are long lasting, ive been on meds and seeing a psychiatrist and therapist since 2008, i've got a very low self esteem and feel worthless most of the time. i do however hold down a full time job as a supervisor of 25 equipment operators for a state highway department which is no small feat since it adds to the major anxiety i also suffer from on top of the depression, i also in the past have suffered from suicidal tendancies which have been crippling when they flare up. anyway i could go on and on but thats the skinny on me
