Hello everyone,

I am new here and found this forum while searching depression. I have suffered depression for many years now, most times I am fine and can live day to day and plan for my future. But this time I have hit another low. I have posted my story wife, mother, widow and gf under the my story category. I'm open to anything, words of encouragement, thoughts, suggestions, or to share stories with other. If I can help someone as well I'd be happy to.

Thank you for the welcome Warmsoul/Jeanie13. I'm hoping to get to know some of the members. It always helps chatting with people who understand what one is going through. I have found sometimes sharing stories does help we people who are not judgmental. Again thank you!
