Hi my name's paul and have suffered depression on and off for about ten years.Unfortunately its back again and don't feel like going out,seeing people loss of apitite etc.Today has been really bad for me one of the worst days i've experienced in a long time

I am also new on here and just wanted to say hello to you! I feel very much like you do, Find it very hard to leave my house and only feel safe when i'm at home.
Just wanted you to know that you are not on your own.
