Depression Understood Forums

Hello everyone im new here i checked out this forum
& i decided to join cause i see heres lota people feeling the same way i do by the way im doin really bad im 16 turning 17 this month but i dont want to cause i missed out on sooooo much my life really sucks
i dont have anyone so im pretty much alone been suicidal depressed for last 3 & half yearz.

Baisicly Im Fighting Suicide Everyday

Dealing with depression is a hard thing to do on your own.

Trying to cope with suicial depression means that you need to find some help.

Sometimes a good place to start is with your parents, with a school counsellor or your gp. If none of those is an option for you I would expect that your town has a crisis line that you might be able to tap in to.

I have called ours several times, in the night when it seems to be the worst. Not always has it helped, but it has worked most of the times for me.
