Depression Understood Forums

Hi everyone.

My name is Kat. I live in California and I've been on meds for depression/anxiety for about 5 years now.

Right now......I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. I just moved out , but now my financial situation has been pretty bad, since I suddenly owe people money (bills and stuff). Work is getting to me and.....there's just a lot that's on my mind.

Anyway, it's nice to meet everyone.

Hi Kat and welcome to D.U. You will find much support at this site for what ever you may want to discuss. Bills are a bummer but you know its a part of the price we pay for our independence. Just don't let things get overwhelming and most of all don't try to handle everything yourself. That will just lead to more stress which will cause more problems with your depression. Hang in there and talk anytime you feel like while here. We have all been in your shoes.
