I am here because I have been diagnosed with a serious medical issue and now...depression. I am finding myself looking for people to talk to, that know what I am going through. I am hoping to find some new friends here.

I don't usually go onto this group this morning, I was checking my email and saw that there was a response to the name chain that I am following so I got a notification. Thought that I'd check the rest and saw your email.

You don't say too mcuh in your posting. I have only been coming to this site regularly since January or so. I have found that everyone here has been most welcoming and very supportive.

I am looking forward to hearing more of your story, when you are ready to share.

Wonderful place here, many great people. I've been connected to the whole site for about a year now, and I've only run across caring people who want to be there for each other.
