Hello...well, I'm in a crisis now, what else is new? lol...though I've been controlling my sometimes severe depression for quite some time, any crisis seems to activate the worst in me, in terms of depression...so it's always just under the surface...of course I probably have plenty to be depressed about, the fact that I have an ongoing disease that's not getting any better...and exacerbating my depression...and I guess I'm not able to treat it, because the interferon makes my depression "uncontrollable" and I guess most of you know THAT FEELING....

hate to say this, but if I was honest, sometimes I think I'd rather check out than feel the worst depression imaginable for months and months, which would be the case if I treated this condition...but I DON'T want to check out, hence, I'm here...sharing these thoughts is always soothing, I even feel better as I write this...anyway, I happen to be a pretty funny person, fun loving, etc etc...like many depressed people...and I am pretty much pro-active in trying to control my anxiety, etc...but I've never tried a depression support group online, and I don't know why....little denial maybe? anyway...good to meet you all...I'll check this place out!

Hi, nice meeting you, hope to hear from you again. Have you gone to the the depression chat room that is connected with this forum?

Really is a great room to chat with others that do understand the avenues of depression.
