So here it is. I signed up. Not sure if this will help but I need to get better. I am so tired of being tired and overwhelmed, guilt ridden and anxious. So today joining this group is a step to acceptance that I am indeed depressed and something needs to give. Thing is its such an uphill battle. Motivation is hard to come by and one day u feel like u are making progress and the next u feel like u are back to square one. Do other members find this group helpful?
