Depression Understood Forums

Hello to anyone who's reading this.
I'm Thana, 21, female ..I'm not always been like this, back in my teenage years i used to be happier. I don't know how it started.

I'm not sure if it's even called depression or what , but you know that feeling of not wanting to get up in the morning , having no purpose in your life. I've always feel like no one deserves me. I'm so lost .. I don't know where to go , where to find help, I'm afraid they'll call me crazy.

I still socialize with other people but it's just hard, pretending I'm okay . Faking a smile in front of them so I can avoid their judgments.

I hope someone can relate to me. And thank you in advance .

I can totally relate with all that you describe. It's really a struggle to get anything done and socializing can sometimes be so exhausting when you have to pretend to be okay :\ I'm sorry that you're struggling.

Have you considered seeing a doctor to see if they can help you figure out whats going on and suggest some treatment? I know its hard to take that step. Please hang in there and hope to see you around the forum
