feeling overwhelmed

feeling sad and overwhelmed. my husband has been sick for a long time and my son is taking drugs. He needs help to take a small step in the righ direction to help him in the future

That's sounds like a lot on your plate. Sorry to hear that your husband is not doing well. Hopefully he is on the mend.
Has the drug issue with your son been brought to light, or does he know that you know? I'm afraid I don't know much in the way of substance abuse so I'm not sure if I could offer useful advice.
I guess the first would be to try and understand why he's taking them so that the underlying problem can be addressed.
